Nomad's tallest condo tower launches sales from $1.4M

The latest condo in Nomad—which is positively booming with new developments, in both the residential and commercial realm—has officially hit the market.Developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Limited have launched sales at 15 East 30th Street, aka Madison House, with nearly 200 apartments throughout the building.

The smallest units in the building are one-bedrooms, starting at $1.4 million; the priciest apartment that’s currently for sale is 3,416-square-foot four-bedroom, asking $13.73 million.

Sales will be handled by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
