Hi guys,We just bought our new house and have half vaulted ceiling family room (photo attached).We have one large picture window but that faces north direction to our backyard and we we don’t get enough natural light in this room.First, we are debating between skylights or adding two tall windows on the right side of the fireplace which is facing east so we can get some light in the morning.Currently walls are painted with certain design, planning to change it to SW Alabaster with white ceiling which will help in lightning it up a bit.I have circled the angled window.
