HiI have always had real trouble matching anything up to my red sofas in my living room.!My husband has just put some wallpaper up on one wall which I love, it's like a dove grey colour.

I really want to go a similar colour on the rest of the walls but I am worried that it will look cold.Can anyone recommend a colour and some accessories like curtains that would bring it all together.

The other side of the room has some more ikea black shelves and photos as well as our dining table.

Color palette: designing around a red sofa

Hello all, I am looking for some advice on paint colors to freshen our home (paint colors were chosen by previous owners) and integrate furniture pieces we already own.A red leather Natuzzi sofa is perhaps the boldest item in the house, some mid century modern pieces, and Oak floor through out and not the brightest of spaces due to oak and hemlock trees close to house.Your input is much appreciated on:1) home paint palette2) color scheme for accentsThank you!
