Vertical tile layout with horizontal accent band in shower?
I am finalizing a design in a somewhat small bathroom and have decided to visually stretch the space with a vertical tile layout using 8x12 tiles.I prefer the look of a horizontal accent band, however I am not seeing any designs which use this pattern with the exception of the example below which uses a stacked pattern (I was planning on brick/bonded but am flexible).I am thinking because the accent band is offset, this is the reason the designer went with a stacked layout? Is there a reason why a vertical tile/horizontal accent is so hard to find online?
