You will need the following supplies and tools to build a triangle Christmas tree like the one above: For the bottom piece of the triangle Christmas tree: One length of wood 31 inches / 79cm For the wooden Christmas tree stand: A rectangular piece of wood.
Use the mitre saw to make 22.5-degree cuts at the bottom ends of both side pieces (A) and (B).
Step four - Now it's time to make the base of the wooden triangle Christmas tree. To create pressure, I covered the stand with old cloths and set a brick on top of the pieces whilst they dried.
Step - seven Stain or paint the wood triangle Christmas tree and stand however you like and allow to dry. Step eight - Cut a piece of chicken wire to fit the back of the triangle Christmas tree.

First, hang a set of string lights from the point of the triangle tree and let them cascade down over the chicken wire. Lastly, drape a star garland from the top to the bottom of the triangle Christmas tree, zig-zag style.
My star garland is another DIY craft project which I made from air dry clay. I have a blog post showing how to make air dry clay ornaments here if you are interested in that. I used small pieces of silver florist's wire to attach the garland to the triangle tree frame. Stand the wood triangle Christmas tree on a box or wooden crate to create more height if required.
Attach mini paper bags with wooden pegs to make an indoor advent calendar. I styled my tree with evergreens, lanterns and pine cones - simple!
