Deco Mesh Gnome Wreath Instructions Follow along as I guide you through the process step-by-step of making this fun Valentine’s Day deco mesh wreath. Begin by taking your ring wreath frame and adding pipe cleaners to it.
Take your 21” deco mesh and make poufs.
Fluff out the middle “pouf” portions of each one to make it appear fuller. Alternating colors, insert one ruffle into each pipe cleaner on the outer ring of the frame as you work your way around.
Fold each ribbon tail stack in half and open it up. Add another layer (following the exact same process) with your third 1.5” ribbon. Add it into the EZ Bow Maker on top of the previous layer.
Using the same pipe cleaner, attach your bow to the left side of the wreath base and dovetail the ribbon tails.
Spread and fluff out all the ribbons to make your bow look nice and full. Fluff everything out, dovetail any ends of ribbon you missed, and your wreath is complete!
