Aviation print frames were painted in Glidden’s Red Delicious, with more of a wash technique so the wood grain still shows through. In this custom bunk room, the black and white checkerboard floor pulls as much attention as the high gloss red. Vertical barrel-shape wall storage is space utilization at its finest and by using the same bold color on the built-in dresser and counter, the built ins are visually linked.
It may come as a surprise, but there is no copyright on the striking Union Jack design, hence it’s frequent appearance in home decor and runway fashion — and here on a dorm-size fridge.
